Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed): My Favorite Drug
Pseudoephedrine, is a pain to spell but it is great for congestion. I talk a little but about it. This video is not meant to replace conversations with any health care providers. Pseudoephedrine is often sold under the name of Sudafed. Sudafed is a little more expensive. Ironically or not, this drug that is sold behind the counter, not in the aisles, is one of the only effective drugs for cough and cold.
I made this video after I learned that the FDA granted a breakthrough therapy designation for MDMA in PTSD therapy. MDMA is often used illegally on the street and is a Schedule 1 - illegal to use or have drug. It obviously interesting and may require rescheduling to schedule 2. MDMA is also known as Molly or ecstasy on the streets and was sometimes connected to rave culture of the early 90s.
